Whats the best muscle building supplements?

I Want to know whats a really effective muscle building supplement with little to no side effects. I read some stuff about anabolic switch, and anabolic signal but i dont know if they have bad side effects or not and i dunno if their the best for me. I also want to know a good weight building protein powder ive been looking at russian bear and super gainer fuel pro. Tell me if you know something better or any comments on what i already mentioned Thanks a bunch..
